Ascension was founded by Dr. Liz Lehman, founder of Aluminate Life, a wellness company dedicated to supporting personal transformation through intentional products and experiences.
A former anesthesiologist, entrepreneur, author, and wellness innovator, Liz's work explores the intersection of science, consciousness, personal growth, and intentional living.
